As Head of Sales you will get the opportunity to do business in the international and fast growing cloud native ecosystem as well as interact with some of the biggest brands in the world.

We are looking for either an experienced IT sales leader or someone with a deep technical and presales background that want to step into a sales management role.
You should be comfortable with international enterprise sales and partner management and preferably have experience building and leading a sales organisation. You will on a daily basis manage existing accounts and interact with prospective customers. You will be responsible for driving daily sales activities as well as leading the overall sales efforts, including implementing goals and processes for the sales team.
As a person you are driven, independent and result oriented. In addition you are a good listener, a real team player and have great communication skills – especially in English.
You will have a key role in Elastisys journey going forward and also be involved in business development around future offerings. You will report to the CEO and might have direct reports.
Experience from IT infrastructure or cloud is a plus.
Location: preferably Umeå, for the right candidates other locations can be considered. This position will require travelling.
