Elastisys was founded in 2011, and we launched our managed Compliant Kubernetes service in 2019. We are a rapidly growing company and we currently have over 30 employees, primarily working from our Umeå and Lund offices located in Sweden.
We are experiencing high growth in both managed services and professional services and we are looking to expand our sales team with a Sales Representative. The primary mission will be to increase our managed services customer base in primarily the nordics but also the extended EU market.

Who we are looking for
We are open to both experienced sales representatives as well as someone junior with a business savvy mindset. The most important thing is that you are prepared to learn and develop with the company.
You should be comfortable in sales, preferably with mid to enterprise size organizations (100-1000 employees). You will, on a daily basis prospect for new customers, contact inbound leads, work together with the technical presales team in sales calls, write proposals and drive opportunities to happy customers
Experience from IT infrastructure, cloud or Kubernetes is a big plus. Being a native speaker in any major European language (German, French, Italian, Spanish etc) is a bonus, but by no means a must.
As a person you are driven, independent and result oriented. In addition you are a good listener, a real team player and have great communication skills – especially in English. For the right person, this is an excellent opportunity to both gain deep technical knowledge and experience from fun and exciting sales, with customers ranging from Nordic SMEs to international enterprises.
You will have a key role in Elastisys journey going forward and also be involved in business development around future offerings. You will report to our Head of Sales.
Location: Preferable Lund or Umeå, for the right candidates other locations can be considered. This position might require some amount of travelling post-Covid.
